I don’t know why the market is selling off and I really don’t care. Markets are occasionally irrational. What’s striking about this sell off is that I have the largest amounts of stocks on my screen and in our portfolio below levels that insiders have bought them at in a long time. This is usually a bullish sign. It also coincides with a big step up in M&A. Strange that sellers are unloading what insiders and strategic buyers are taking.
