The market gets scarier by the day.  Wealthy individuals pulled their money out at record rates not seen in seven years. Black swans seem to be showing up in multiple corners of the world, China trade war, Iran real war, just to mention a few. None the less that didn’t stop a few insiders with conviction loading up on their company’s stock. In fact, it’s the most buying we have seen in some time.
