All bear markets end with a crescendo of insider buying. There are a few ways to predict this pivotal event. The most reliable I have found, the ratio of insider buying to selling, can be found at popular subscription services such as secform4.com.  I’ve included a few charts from the site to help illustrate this phenomenon of insider buying foretelling the end of the bear market.
