Insider Buying Week 12-08-23 Energy Swooned, Some Insiders Stepped Up

As we go into the final turn of the year, expect some modest profit-taking in the Magnificent Seven. I expect some good opportunities if mortgage rates drop enough for people trapped in their homes to make a move. The purchase this week by National Storage’s Co-Chairman adds some credence to this.
