About the Project
We are producing a nonfiction book and accompanying AI-assisted content series centered on top female investment advisors, wealth managers, CIOs, and portfolio leaders across the industry.
The project blends:
Long-form narrative nonfiction

Behavioral finance

High-credibility industry interviews

Data-driven insights

AI-supported research and drafting workflows

We’re looking for a female financial journalist with serious domain credibility — someone who understands investing and can speak fluently with top-tier advisors.

What You’ll Do
Conduct recorded interviews with top female investment advisors and wealth management executives (Barron’s, Forbes, FA Mag caliber)

Develop compelling long-form profiles, narrative chapters, and feature articles

Collaborate with an AI development team (ChatGPT, Gemini) for outlining, research support, and synthesis — you bring the human voice, insight, and craft

Perform background research on interview subjects (AUM, strategy, philosophy, performance factors, career arc, media presence)

Ensure accuracy, depth, and credibility in every piece of writing

Work directly with the founder of company, produce manager /executive producer on tone, direction, and editorial standards

Ideal Candidate
5+ years of financial journalism or financial publishing experience

Background writing for outlets such as: Barron’s, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, MarketWatch, Reuters, FT, Yahoo Finance, Morningstar, or comparable industry-grade publications

Ability to conduct clear, professional interviews with high-profile industry leaders

Understanding of investing concepts: wealth management, portfolio strategy, risk management, behavioral finance, macro trends

Strong narrative voice — can turn technical finance into compelling storytelling

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple interviews and drafts

Comfort using AI tools as part of the research/writing workflow (training provided if needed)

Requirements
Demonstrated financial writing portfolio (articles, profiles, interviews, or long-form features)

Ability to schedule and conduct interviews during business hours (US time zones)

Excellent editorial judgment and fact-checking discipline

Fluent English writer with strong narrative pacing

Meets deadlines with zero drama

Compensation
Competitive, commensurate with experience:
$2000 per month stipend for duration of contract
$500–$5000 per long-form profile
Option for greater involvement (full time position with equity kicker)
